Please note the following:
Space on retreats and workshops are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A booking must be accompanied by a deposit (or full payment if you are booking less than two months before the retreat). Please send through payment within a week of booking.
Any remainder payment is due a month before the retreat start date.
Bookings are non-refundable but are transferable if you find someone to take your place.
We recommend that all participants have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. In particular you need insurance to cover you if you have to cancel your attendance due to a positive Covid-19 test or other illness.
If we cancel due to any reason, including Covid-related issues or local lockdown in Wales, you will be given the option of a refund (minus any Stripe or PayPal fees) or transferring to one of our future retreats.
